AWRIGHTY GUYS LET'S DO THIS THING! ... ahem. If you don't mind, I've put together a list of things to do immediately. I'm not trying to take over the site, but I'm more dedicated to getting ths stuff done now.

2010 ACTIVITY CHECK. any members who don't post a list of their characters, or at least confirm that they're active by about May 1st (that's a good cutoff, right?) will have their high positions removed.

HOLD NEW AUDITIONS. We have to start the new auditions right away after. Fireh, maybe you could post them, or the Clan leaders could.

ADVERTISE. I'll actually make that advertisement I promised this time... then we can all go and mass-adbvertise on every site we know of! We should probably wait until we know what high positions are open so new memebers will be drawn to audition.

INVITE INVITE INVITE. I actually joined BRC because Shade invited me from Winter Clans. Invite anyone you know! Most importantly, invite any former members you're still in contact with. I know a few member's DA accounts, so I'll contact them there.

REVIVE THE PLOT. Plot characters are high positions, and whoever doesn't post in the activity check with their plot characters will loose them and we'll hold auditions again. Also, someone has to create the new plot lands.

I like the list you have so far, Kuri.
But giving the responsibility of all the auditions to one person might be a bit difficult. From what we've noticed so far, there are only a couple of us that actually come on. I could hold the CloudClan and EclipseClan audtions. I have high positions in both those Clans.

If you'd like, I could start the activity check. And we might want to do what happened on WinterClans, request for the admin account to be switched to one of us, or all of us equally share it, since it was Shade's account, if i'm not mistaken.

We might want to revise the plot, see if we can add a new appeal to it, y'know? I like all the ideas you have, Kuri. I'll be sure to add a few if I come up with some. I have a feeling we can do this, what with summer coming. Though, I might not be active because of my summer job and moving around to check out the colleges I was accepted to. ^^'

First off, good luck with the colleges and congrats.
And secondly, this is a new site, so Fireh's account is admin, which I think is fair because Fireh was the one who ran BRC with Shade since, like, before V2. I think. Don't hurt me if I'm wrong. D: But I agree, all the people who made it over from V3 and were mods there should share the title of admins. We all know eachother already and we all want what's best for the site.

And that's a good idea about the auditions, Raven. I can take care of SerenityClan and BrightClan, then.

Hmm, we should re-do the sidebar, too, so that we don't have so many empty news areas. I mean, we can get rid of Shade's for now and we should probably all write something in our sections so the site looks more active and we're more motivated to get it running.

Re-doing the sidebars sound good. We might want to take down who ever isn't here. Like, Shade, Fernie and Spice.

As soon as we get the activity check up and stuff, we should start on the high positions. We should have someone take care of all the old threads, if any, and put them in the archives so we start out with a clean forum.

Firstly, yes I have the account. I think I made it to be Shade's, but I know the password. I believe I've made most of you admins from a while ago.

Sidenote: Kuri, who were/are you on Winterclans? Shade invited me from there too.

I like the idea of changing most htings. I see you guys have taken care of most things, so thank you.

If you want, I could take Moonclan, because I used to be leader. Only if you guys want, though.

Next up I guess is avertisement. I'll try to make a nice little image & description combo to mass-post within the next few days, and a new affiliate banner, but you can really advertise with whatever you want, as long as it gets across the basic plot of the site and says that there'll be tons of high positions open.

Could we use this massive cleanout of characters as a plot point, I wonder...?

(oh, and Fireh -- I was on Winter Clans during a darker time I like to call my noob years. That is all that shall be spoken of the matter.)
